Job Description
Salama Radiator Factory is seeking an experienced Production Head to lead and manage all manufacturing operations related to aluminum radiators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and leading the production team.
Production Planning & Control
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Stores, and Quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
