Job Responsibilities :
- Operate, monitor and control batch manufacturing from DCS
- Lead and manage all shift activities and communication.
- Perform filling operation and packing of finished products
- Operate forklift for material handling of production materials
- Perform preventive maintenance on Distillation Unit
- Perform evaluation and provide assessment results for new distillation process materials
- Work with process engineer to ensure capability of the process in producing the quantity and quality required
- Perform maintenance & housekeeping to maintain safe and clean working environment
- Develop and implement work procedures for one-time job request
- Coordinate with Maintenance function to ensure equipment is maintained
