Core Responsibilities
- Report directly to Senior Manager, Wholesale Production.
- Serve as the key contact for embellishment partners during production in North America.
- Analyze vendor capabilities and capacity to allocate orders strategically.
- Develop new embellishment techniques to fulfill market trends.
- Build the production Time and Action Calendar (T&A) per season and ensure cross‑functional partners are aligned and updated.
- Track the status of INDC, development, buy‑ready, order placement, and production schedule to meet ex‑factory dates.
- Schedule weekly meetings with embellishment partners for production status updates.
- Lead costing negotiations and strategic sourcing efforts to achieve target prices.
