Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Line Supervisor for a readymade garment manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing workforce productivity, ensuring quality output, and maintaining smooth production flow. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily garment production operations. Manage and coordinate a workforce of 60+ employees. Monitor production targets and line efficiency. Resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production. Coordinate with management and production teams for timely delivery.
