Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct hydrogen peroxide purification to meet targets and quality standards.Operate ammonium hydroxide mixing processes within set targets and quality norms.Manage operations including Ultra-Pure Water System maintenance, Waste-Water System upkeep and Utilities Equipment operations (Chillers, Water Tanks, Compressors, FFW, etc.)Troubleshoot and repair process equipment.Perform routine preventive maintenance on production items.Calibrate production instruments and equipment.Enhance process efficiency and operation lines.Compile and prepare progress and statistical reports using checksheets and datasheets.Inspect production areas and take corrective action as needed.Execute additional tasks as directed by superiors.
