Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager in Council Bluffs, Iowa, you will lead and inspire the 2nd shift production teams in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, ensuring safe operations, high‑quality products, and efficient use of resources. You will bring strong leadership presence to the plant floor, partner cross‑functionally, and develop teams while driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement across operations.
