Production Manager (South Wales) £65,000-£75,000 + bonus
Yolk Recruitment is partnered with a well-established manufacturing business in South Wales to recruit an experienced Production Manager, with a pathway to Plant Manager for the right candidate.
The business owns the market within a specialist sector, supplying customers where quality, reliability and delivery performance are critical. This is a secure business with a long standing reputation in its field, well embedded customer relationships and strong financial backing. The site has a close knit, SME feel, with a relatively lean structure and strong sense of ownership across the team.
