Production Manager
Our client, an FMCG operation based in Pretoria, is looking to appoint a Production Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 / N3 + Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 5 years Production Management experience with the FMCG Manufacturing Industry
- HACCP Experience
Responsibilities:
- Staff control and management
- Responsible for the effective functioning and production quality
- Coordination of the different departments' work
- Controlling the Production Document
- Controlling the Production staff documents for additional work validation and for service communication; and the sending of those documents to the Human Resources department
- Part of the daily organoleptic tasting of the products
- Monitoring of CCP’s
- Increase/enhance improvements in productivity/production efficiency
