Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee high-productivity processes and perform preventative/corrective maintenance. Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas. Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees. Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements. Requirements:
10+ years' experience in plastic manufacturing and injection machine setup. Tertiary qualification required. Strong analytical and communication skills (all levels). Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
