Job Description
- Managing of Production Staff to ensure a motivated and high performing team
- Managing of all machine and plant maintenance.
- Assisting with fault identification and fixing of root cause and ensuring the accurate completion of production logs and job cards.
- Machine efficiencies of < 85%
- Identification and achievement of measurable technical and process developments and improvements.
- Establish the budget for mould expenses and equipment including the control of consumable costs.
- Controlling spares usage and costs.
- Partnering with Quality to ensure the correct standards in accordance with ISO quality system are maintained.
- Ensuring they run a Polyoak standard Factory
- Overseeing and assisting with training of all Production staff
- Working with Quality to ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures.
