SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing all production, safety, quality, maintenance, and personnel of the plant on required shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This list is not all inclusive and may include other duties as necessary.
Coordinates flow of work through the various departments to ensure efficiency, quality and achievement of company’s goals and objectives.Participates and supports monthly safety meetings, recommended safety training and enforces safety regulations. Thoroughly investigates accidents and safety issues.Directs employees performing routine, repetitive or processing operations to ensure conformance to schedules and quality requirements.Meets with the Area Coordinators and reviews the shift transfer sheet for each production line noting the necessary changes for each department.Assures an adequate amount of materials to be use...
