This role is accountable for leading daily execution within an assigned manufacturing area through floor presence, disciplined daily management, and development of supervisors, leads, and technicians. The ideal candidate understands that standards, leader behaviors, and problem-solving at the floor are foundational to operational stability, learning, and continuous improvement.
