Job Description
Essential Functions
Provide day-to-day leadership of production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance.Lead supervisors, team leaders, and salaried staff to meet or exceed key performance indicators including safety, quality, scrap, uptime, throughput, and labour efficiency.Promote and maintain a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, communication, teamwork, and respect.Ensure compliance with all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and labour utilization to meet operational requirements across multiple shifts.Partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters including attendance, discipline, investigations, engagement, and talent development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, and problem-solving to...
