Position: Production Manager
Proactive are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join a well-established manufacturer specialising in cable assemblies, wire harnesses, looms, control panels and network solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for the daily running of manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets, quality requirements and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
* Work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure manufacturing documentation, testing requirements and operational processes meet industry and customer standards.
* Lead and support production personnel through effective mentoring, training and performance management initiatives.
* Assist directly with assembly and manufacturing activities when required to support workload demands and resolve production challenges.
