Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw materials
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to align production with business goals
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in food production, preferably in a bakery or FMCG industry
• Age between 28-45
