Job Summary:
Responsible to plan, supervise and monitor operational activities with the objective of improving operational efficiency and achieving operation excellence target within TE Operation Malaysia operating plan and budget.

- Develop and implement the manufacturing related policies and procedures in order to align with government regulation and corporate policy.

- Allocate and balance work across direct reports, authorize subordinate to perform tasks in order to enhance their capabilities.
