The Production Manager leads and coordinates all aspects of pastry and cake production to ensure products are made efficiently, on time, and with consistent quality. You’ll drive production planning, supervise the team, optimize processes, and enforce food safety standards so that every batch of cakes and pastries meets our delicious expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop detailed production plans based on demand forecasts, orders, and store needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly schedules for baking, decorating, cooling, packaging, and delivery coordination.
Lead and mentor production staff including bakers, pastry chefs, and assistants.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth handoff between production stages.
- Train new hires on procedures, safety, and quality expectations.
