We are seeking a Production Manager (Metal Stamping) to lead high-volume manufacturing operations, ensuring stable production, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
This role is responsible for driving shopfloor performance, productivity improvement, and operational excellence, while leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.

+ Lead daily metal stamping production operations to meet output and delivery targets
+ Ensure production aligns with planning, customer demand, and delivery schedules
+ Drive productivity improvement through manpower optimization and process efficiency
