Job Description
This role will beresponsible for overseeing 24/7 high-volume production operations, ensuring manufacturing excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives. You will lead a team of production operators, and technical support staff, ensuring alignment across departments and delivering products to the highest quality standards.
Jobscope:
- Oversee end-to-end plastics manufacturing workflows, including extrusion, machining, and assembly.
- Monitor KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, and cycle times, and implement actions to address performance gaps.
- Lead, mentor, and manage production supervisors, technicians, and operators across multiple shifts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
