Production Manager
Responsibilities:
Initiate cross-functional teamwork for solutions to equipment issues or manpower misallocation. Lead productive projects to save cost, avoid non-conformity and minimize labour inefficiency. Improve manpower management to ensure a smooth production process. Be a trusted and respectful team leader with strong organizational and managerial skills. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical and Electronics . Minimum 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Excellent knowledge of Production Management and cleanroom protocol with Proficiency in Tableau and Python Programming will be keys to success.
