Job Description:
- Maximize productivity in the shop, planning workflow - assigning jobs, making paint schedule
- Working to maintain RPS at acceptable levels.
- Dealing with issues regarding both jobs/vehicles such as parts
- Assisting Autobody Technicians when needed, Working with office staff on booking/shop load
- Managerial duties with staff, including hiring, firing, regular check ins and performance reviews
