**Job Title** - Production Manager
**Location** - Goa.
**Main Responsibilities-**
Planning and scheduling: Production Planning and Scheduling. Receive products requirement plan from supply chain, plan, execute, interact with cross functional departments for communicating requirement for completion of plan, allocate jobs to various job centers, monitor daily activities, plan changeovers, maintain adequate WIP levels and document for all products manufactured at Goa in order to achieve scheduled production with optimum resources.
**New Product Introduction at Goa** : Assist and lead in transfer process from mother plant, Initiate manufacturing activities all required activities at site, BOM preparation, SAP recipe creation, make schedule batches, make reports, seek approval from mother plant, validate manufacturing and ensure release as per plan to successfully transfer products to the Goa site. Ensure the registration of the products.
