Assist the Production Manager at the dough mix stationFollow all OKFD procedures for quality control and production efficiencyThorough understanding and following of OKFD Food Safety ProgramThorough understanding and following of OKFD Plant Safety ProgramRecord ingredient lot codes and follow FIFO lot code rotationKeep production area clean and organizedAccurately scale trace ingredientsAccurately scale and systematically add ingredients to the mixing bowlMonitor dough through the mixing cyclePlan dough mixing time to keep up to production line requirementsComplete in-house training of line worker dutiesOther duties as required QUALIFICATIONS
