Purpose of the Role
The Production Officer plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of farm production and compliance. The position ensures accurate data management, adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and seamless coordination across teams involved in crop management, compliance, water use, equipment maintenance, and (where applicable) cold-room operations and pollination activities.
