**Description:**
You will be the Production Operations Lead (Level 4) for the Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for leading Production Operations activities across the IAMD LEED program and other initiatives within the NKAD portfolio.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Production Operations Lead (Level 4) you will be responsible for driving cost, schedule, and quality performance while shaping production strategy for prototyping and development hardware builds.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Drive cost, schedule, and quality performance for prototyping and development hardware builds.
+ Develop and implement production strategies and transition plans.
+ Support capital, capacity, and facility project planning to enable rapid fielding.
