Overview

Hire Resolve’s client in the Steel Manufacturing is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Production/ Operations Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develope and implement production schedules to ensure that production targets are met. 
  • Oversee the production process to ensure that it is running efficiently.
  • Manage a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance. 
  • Work with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that production runs smoothly and that there are no delays or issues. 
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that the end product meets the required standards.
