Pay: £13.34/hour starting rate → £14.66/hour (one skill learned) → £17.26/hour (multi‑skilled)
Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours/week | Rotating shifts (6:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday)
