Production Operative
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol (BS10)
Driving required due to location
Pay: £13.71 per hour, paid weekly
Full‑time, Temp to Perm
Hours: 6am-4pm, Monday to Friday
The Role
We're looking for a Production Operative to join a busy metal recovery and processing site in Severn Beach. You'll operate plant equipment, support safe site operations, and help keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety compliance – follow site rules, wear PPE, report hazards.
- Operating plant machinery – monitor equipment, maintain material flow, support metal recovery.
- Quality checks – monitor product quality and report issues.
- Basic maintenance – cleaning, routine checks, reporting defects.
- Housekeeping – keep work areas clean and safe.
- Training participation – attend toolbox talks and required training.
