**Production Operator**
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT
Location: Fraser, MI
Shifts: 1st (6am-2:30pm) 2nd (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd (10pm-6:30am) available
Pay: $17/hr plus $0.40 shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a **Production Operator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts that meet customer specifications and Forvia standards, while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
STRICT ATTENDANCE POLICY: This site uses a strict attendance policy. Associates that reach 3 points before they are converted will be terminated. Point system is:
1 point for an absence
1 point for a tardy or early exit more than one hour
.5 pt for a tard or early exit less than one hour
