We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join our processing team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient production, processing, and packaging of high-quality meat products while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare meat products
- Operate machinery (cutting, trimming, grinding)
- Help produce sausages, bacon & small goods
- Pack and label products accurately
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
