**General Production Worker**

This role supports daily production by preparing, masking, sanding, and handling parts in a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will work with a team to get parts ready for finishing, follow work orders accurately, and maintain high quality standards while performing repetitive tasks on your feet for most of the shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Stand for 6 to 8 hours while performing repetitive production tasks
+ Handle all parts carefully and follow quality expectations at all times
+ Tape, mask, and sand parts to prepare them for painting
+ Use basic math for measurements and counts
+ Follow work orders and complete tasks accurately
+ Inspect parts before and after preparation
+ Use hand tools safely for masking and sanding
+ Assist as a racker or paint assistant as needed
+ Communicate clearly and support smooth workflow
