Client near Selma, CA is seeking to fill Production Operator positions. Full time, $18/hour,12 hour shifts. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull product for long periods of time.
Job Summary
Job Title: Production Operator Lowerline (Hand Packing, Repacking, Tag Man, Zimming)
Objective: Set up and execute the manual packing and repacking of glass sheets (lites) independently or with team assistance. The role also involves operating Zimmer equipment to move glass, as well as printing and securing tags on product containers for shipping.
Core Responsibilities
Preparation & Inspection: Conduct pre-shift inspections, review task checklists, and communicate with coworkers regarding product quality.
Quality Control & Packing: Visually inspect each glass sheet for defects before manually maneuvering and packing the glass into boxes.
