To prepare all raw dry materials for the process of spray drying following applicable SOP’s and GMP’s.
Working Relationships: This position will have regular communication with other Process Flex Operators, Process Specialist, and Process Specialist in Training
Shifts: Rotational 12hr shifts.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
+ Monitor and maintain all packaging, de-packing, CIP, and COP of equipment.
+ Fill out work order request forms from wet process equipment when in need of repair.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment.
+ Accurately stage of all dry raw ingredients
