**Pay & Schedule**
+ **1st Shift:** $19.50/hr
+ **2nd & 3rd Shift:** $21.50/hr
+ 36 – 48+ hours per week with overtime opportunities
+ Seasonal positions with potential to work through harvest and packaging seasons
**What You'll Do**
As a General Operator, you'll support a variety of production, warehouse, packaging, and agricultural operations throughout the year, including:
+ Seed processing, packaging, and inventory management
+ Warehouse and forklift operations
+ Loading/unloading materials
+ Quality inspections and data entry
+ Harvest support and crop handling
+ General facility upkeep and 5S activities
