Responsibilities:
- Operate noodle manufacturing and packaging machines according to production requirements.
- Prepare and weigh raw materials such as flour and ingredients for production.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform packing, labeling and palletizing of finished products.
- Conduct basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas in accordance with food safety requirements.
- Record production output and report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in loading, unloading and storing raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow workplace safety, food hygiene and company operating procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
