Job Description
How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities):
1. Machine Operation & Monitoring
Operate and monitor production machines including blow molding, injection molding, filling, capping, and labeling lines. Start up and shut down equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform minor machine adjustments and promptly report mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Support material loading, changeovers, and ensure smooth machine performance throughout shifts. 2. Quality Control & Compliance
Inspect bottles for defects, leaks, or irregularities and remove non-conforming products. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain hygiene standards in the work area. Ensure all products meet quality specifications and report any deviations immediately. Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor. 3.
