Description: Position: Metal Plater / Line Operator (training provided to right candidate- read full description before applying) Company: Avtec Finishing / New Hope MN Shift: 3pm - 1am M-Th (+OT as needed) Wage: $26/Hour + DOQ Signing Bonus: $1500 (new hires only)

Our trade is not taught in schools. We'll train you! Training involves both hands-on training and online coursework, related to plating processes, metals, and chemical properties.
What we can't train? Work ethic. Reliability. Initiative.
