About the role
Plan and coordinate production activities for semiconductor backend equipment built in Malaysia and through integrators in the Netherlands and Malaysia. As part of the SCM team, ensure schedules, materials, and capacity are aligned to support on‑time machine delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules for equipment built.
- Align demand with available capacity.
- Coordinate with material planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to assure smooth production execution.
- Translate customer demand, engineering changes, and project timelines into executable production plans.
- Monitor daily build progress, highlight variances, and drive recovery actions to meet delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate planning data, routings, and capacity settings in the ERP system.
