Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and priorities
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to align demand and capacity
- Schedule operations for corrugation, printing, die‑cutting, laminating, and finishing
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure availability of raw materials (linerboard, medium, ink, adhesives) before production
- Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime
- Track and report production output, delays, and bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate production planning records and reports
- Collaborate with procurement for material requirements and forecasting
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
