Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor or contract manufacturer for Module and Discrete line assembly ensuring completion of lots per promised dates to support revenue goal for each quarter.
- Generates Work Order in accordance with build plan and based upon priorities/or as schedule given by MPL Planner using ERP tool.
- Ensures all critical notations/special instructions to build specific product are clearly stated on the Work Order Traveler and release them to assigned subcon.
- Review material support using MRP Planning Tool before creating work order to prevent line stoppage and ensure continuous assembly and ensure the timely transfer of materials needed at the subcons.
- Review on a regular basis WIP movement at subcons to ensure lot completion per commit dates and help in addressing issues that may cause delay in the assembly of the products.
