Responsibilities
- Develop production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity.
- Coordinate materials procurement to ensure raw materials are available when needed.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Optimize resource utilization (labor, machinery, materials).
- Update stakeholders on delays or changes in production plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to manage planning.
- Assist in analyzing the sales plan to determine and plan future production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate and monitor production outputperformance, ensuring alignment with delivery and quality requirements.
