Plan / issue PR for raw material / packaging material. Plan production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization. Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required. Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory. Update into SAP (new item code, GRN, GR, bill of materials, etc.). Monthly stock take. Establish and achieve KPI pertaining to production operations. Establish and upkeep the procedures on all activities pertaining to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SS506 and any other legal /customer's requirements (for production /raw material and packaging related).. Arrange for ISO-tanker regulatory periodic inspection (BV, pressure test, hydro test, etc.). Arrange for trailer regulatory periodic inspection (LTA inspection - LOTO of chassis arrangement, Astrata inspection (flammable tanker), insurance, etc.).
