Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30PM

Job Scope
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels
  • Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments
  • Manage materials, stock levels, and work-in-progress (WIP)
  • Update stakeholders on production status and resolve production issues
  • Support ERP system planning and inventory control
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Perform planning-related administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in production planning or related functions preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
