Job Description
Maintain a clear production plan & execute accordingly for individual production department. Work closely with Operation Manager to achieve Plan vs actual equivalently. Update Superior of Production Status to avoid delays and quality issue timely.
Responsibilities- Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
- Plan Production Tasks & Schedules according to Orders required.
- Develop OOR system in the Organisation.
- Review production plan replying OOR to customer or sales team.
- Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely.
- Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution.
- Report daily production status to Mangers.
- Analyze back log, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize and plan accordingly for production operations.
