JOB ROLE:
- Order Analysis : Understand buyer requirements, order quantities, delivery dates, and product specifications.
- Capacity Planning : Match order requirements with available machine capacity and manpower.
- Line Planning : Allocate production lines based on style complexity, order volume, and delivery priorities.
- TNA (Time & Action) Planning : Create and monitor the TNA calendar to ensure timely execution of key production stages.
- Forecast and plan for raw materials , trims , and accessories .
- Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing.
- Prevent delays due to material shortages.
