Production Planning Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Create activity plan and KDI to achieve section Annual policy and break it down into To-Do list.


• Create, Implement and Review Standard work design based on SOP and process conditions/preconditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering courses,


• With or without related working experience,


• Understand usage of Microsoft functions such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word,


• Preferably with knowledge in Macro an Visual Basic,


• Must have a Behavioral competencies as follows: People Management, Strong leadership, High regards to discipline,


• Must have a functional competencies as follows: Computer usage knowledge, Communication and Negotiation skills, Comprehension skills, Leadership Skills.
