About the position
This position will be 90% based on the factory floor, 10 % office based, you will be supervising 3 direct reports and dotted line to 15 employees which are made up of permanent and casual employees. This position is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, over time as required, some requirement to work across afternoon shift when necessary. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Managing a small team then overseeing other employees as required, providing clear instructions, training and support, ensuring new employees are provided with support and on the job training.
