Mining Professional Position

Our Mining client in the Northern Cape is sourcing for a Mining Professional to join their production team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Health, Safety and Environment Complies with the Mine Health and Safety Act as well as company policies and procedures.

Production Assists with the drawing up of business strategy and budget formulation. Ensures optimal production of mining and plant. Achieves productivity targets.

Cost Ensures correct allocation of resources e.g., labour and equipment. Allocates/withholds funds as dictated by operational requirements.

Labour Management Defines labour structure and ensures vacancies are filled within a reasonable time. Reviews subordinates’ performances quarterly according to their respective KPIs.
