Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Qualified Trade Tested
- Diploma in Production or Operations Management
- Minimum of 3 and more years experience as a Flexo/Gravure Operator in a Production Environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a Production Environment
- Experience in Facilitating Africomms
- Experience in leading continuous improvement projects
- Good communication skills
- Planning work, Demonstrate Authority
- Good understanding of Training and Development
