Job Description
Elevation Recruitment are working with a fast-paced manufacturer who are looking for an experienced, hands-on Shift Production Manager on a rotating shift pattern, to oversee manufacturing activities, drive standards and ensure operational excellence across the board.
As the Shift Production Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. With line management responsibility for Production Operatives, your focus will be on achieving production volumes whilst controlling waste, machinery parameters, people management duties and reporting into the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Shift Production Manager include:
- Leading shift production operations across multiple manufacturing units
